Professional Bio
Carson is located in southeast North Carolina with his wife and two daughters and loves to spend as much time as he can developing and empowering leaders. Through his time at Liberty University and multiple different leadership positions, he feels compelled to share the truth of hope and the power of good leadership with as many people as possible!
Every one of us is positioned to choose to demonstrate characteristics of leadership, even those without fancy titles. But many of us wrestle with our world's lack of consistent, clear vision for leadership and the importance of building inclusive community. Through his organization, Hope Changes Us, Carson encourages and inspires us by providing practical next steps we can take in our dual-role walk as both leaders and members of communities no matter where we are right now.
