AENC Podium Logo Sponsorship includes:

• • Signage on Podiums during education at conference. AENC will produce signage, AENC staff will attach to podiums (number of podiums will be discussed for each conference)
  • One tabletop exhibit during the entire conference
  • Complimentary registration for one representative to attend the entire conference and $50 for each additional representative.
  • Your representatives will have sponsor ribbons on badges provided by AENC.
  • Significant publicity:
    1. Recognition on signage and on screen during the event
    2. Your website link on the AENC event webpage
    3. Your organization name in AENC weekly emails relating to event
    4. Your sponsorship noted on AENC Mobile App
    5. Your sponsorship listed on large registration desk TV Screen

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than 5 PM on February 21, 2024.
