Najauna White, CMP, CDE®, an executive leader with over 15 years in hospitality, travel, and tourism. Driven by a deep understanding of the human element in business, she champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), aiming to bring creative and sustainable strategies to the forefront.
Najauna currently holds several impact industry roles:
● Vice President of DEI at Miles Partnership, where she leads impactful strategies that enhance organizational culture and foster community partnerships.
● Chair of Workforce Development for the Destinations International’s (Industry Association) Social Inclusion Committee, driving initiatives that promote inclusive and sustainable growth.
● Immediate Past President of the MPI Carolinas Chapter, having guided the chapter through significant growth, challenges and strategic shifts.
