Professional Bio
As VP communications and strategic initiatives for ADSO, Lisa leads internal and external communications and initiatives, advancing ADSO’s mission to advocate for dental support organizations, and elevate dentistry and the DSO model to the public, policy makers and key stakeholders.
Prior to joining the ADSO, Lisa served as associate executive director for the NC Dental Society, where she led advocacy, strategy, and communications for the 4,000-member organization.
Lisa has more than 30 years of communications and advocacy experience, including nearly 20 years working within the dental profession. She has served in executive roles at Delta Dental of Kansas and several marketing agencies, where she focused on advocacy and communications for health care clients. Lisa earned her Certified Association Executive designation in 2015 and is a graduate of Leadership North Carolina. She is a past-president of the Association Executives of North Carolina.
Lisa and her husband, Chad, live in Apex, NC. They have two adult children – Sarah and Jack.
