As Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent, her national team supports employers, educational institutions, and non-profits with high-impact talent & workforce development solutions that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

She is a trusted contributor to CNBC, Fast Company, Insider, and Forbes on managing & leading teams, belonging in the workplace, and developing Generation Z talent. Prior to launching Reimagine Talent, Chelsea spent a decade in Global Human Resources on Wall Street.

Chelsea obtained her B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
