Meg Palumbo, CAE is the Director of Customer Strategy with Novi AMS. She is both creative and analytical and uses those skills to help design strategies with both form and function in mind. Organized and innovative, she has a passion for solution-focused problem-solving. Meg enjoys traveling to the beach, gaming (video, board, and card), spicy drinks, and will never say no to chips and queso!
